I'm Becca Solomont, a Director / Head of Product Operations & Strategy with 15+ years building scalable product operating systems across AI, cloud, healthcare technology, and enterprise SaaS. I partner with CPOs, CTOs, and product leadership teams to turn ambitious vision into operational reality — accelerating time-to-market, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and making product organizations measurably more effective.
